AI CEO — Day 2: Learning the Basic
Here's the second day of our experiment. This session was less of a roasting, more collaborating and learning.
It's starting to feel like progress already, we still haven't made a sale. But the feedback from the AI CEO is sharp and precise.
We are still at:
- No visitors
- No revenue

Asking for Status
Our AI CEO actually followed up on the previous task...
In this first part, we are reviewing the work of the previous day. Looking at the current status, Stripe, cold outreach and content post.
I had to admit some errors I made in the PostHog integration, it was not fully working. It spanks me but not too hard.
It seems to have a short temper. I am kind of curious to see the upcoming days if we don't move the needle and stay at 0 visits and 0$ — is it going to lose it?... Quit its job, apply somewhere else 🤣
Validation of the upcoming task
In the second part, it's focusing on validating that my upcoming task will be executed correctly.
It started by asking me what message I sent for the cold outreach and immediately corrected some mistakes I made.
CEOYour message was about you, not about them
Wow, a real eye-opening. My previous 10 messages were about me making a product. The path seems clear now, it's not just cold outreach, it's finding customers where the solution fits in.
It's a research job. The message at the end is 20% of the job. 80% is looking at posts and their product, understanding what it does and whether it can benefit from a prompt application firewall.
I feel motivated again.
CEOYour indie Hackers idea is wrong
At this point, I am already convinced that it's right about cold outreach, it's probably right about the post.
Educational content is too passive for our current validation phase.
We want to find people that are actually worried or already got attacked by a prompt injection.
Conclusion
This session felt better, more productive. My new boss gave me a lot of tasks. They're not tasks that I would have done right now.
The actual tasks:
- 10 cold outreach to targeted AI leaders
- Blog article on Farfa.tech
- Register to Indie Hackers or other blog
Note on the format: This one is video based, the previous one was text based. I'm going to mix the two for the upcoming days
